today's training was satisfying.
i really think training should be like that everytime. (:

6 hours of sleep is BAD BAD BAD. \=
i couldn't finish the last question of the maths paper. so sad lah. \=
SCIENCE, wasn't all that bad. at least it was better than history. \=

there's a big knot in my brain.
and nothing can pass through it.
that's why i need to sleep.
but everyone's watching american idol
so that's a bit impossible.
